Juan Pedro   Valencia, President/CEO of  Network  & Board Member 

Juan Pedro  has worked in the early childhood education industry for over 7 years. He currently assists his wife in their in-home child care. Juan Pedro has experience working with non- profit organizations and also in working  with underserved  populations in the Coachella Valley . 

Rosa C. Bobadilla, Vice President/ COO  of Network & Board Member 

Rosa has worked in  the early childhood education field for over 20 years. Rosa is an expert in providing resources for other child care providers  and our community. She is  passionate about advocacy in early childhood education and works closely with local organizations in order to find ways to  better serve our community.   

Noemi Maloy, Treasurer & Board Member 

Noemi  has worked in  the early childhood education industry for over 20 years.  Noemi is passionate  about advocating for quality child  care and the importance of learning rich environments.  Noemi works closely with  local organizations in order to find ways to provide funding opportunities and resources for other child care providers in our community.

Lizett Torres, Secretary & Board Member 

Lizett has worked in the early childhood education field for over 7 years. Lizett is passionate about providing quality care to underserved populations.  She works closely with local organizations and programs in order to better serve our community.

Arturo J. Hernandez, Independent Consultant 

Arturo has worked with  La RED  Network from its beginning stages of an idea to making it an organization; he has helped pioneer our movement and has helped our organization flourish. Arturo is passionate about serving our community  and  is currently working with local organizations in order to provide resources and programs for underserved populations in the Coachella Valley.
